Allocation Network GmbH was founded in 1998 by the current managing partners Andreas Prohaska, Bernhard Soltmann and Andreas Vollmann.
Already in the first year, the first version of the software was able to map purchasing and negotiation processes of companies.
In 2000, we conducted the first auctions in the automotive supply industry with ASTRAS and thus extended the functionality of our software to include dynamic negotiation aspects.

In 2003, we rolled out integrated supplier management systems for the first two customers. During this time, the foundation stone was laid for today’s portal, an integrated supplier management and sourcing system, which is now available to our customers in Release 6.x based on the latest web technologies.
The year 2013 was marked by standardized communication workflows. By introducing the Collaboration module, our customers are able to map communication processes in the areas of supplier development and quality management as well as internal approval processes.
